About the place

Dear reader,

I rent out my cozy apartment in Amsterdam South East. The apartment is fully equipped, has a separate bedroom and large balcony. Since you are on the 11th floor you have a view of whole of Amsterdam, not to mention; there is a dishwasher.

It is important to me that the tenant (preferably female) is neat and quiet and can take good care of my plants :). I only do physical viewing, no online viewing; only if the tenant can ultimately physically view it. In addition, the apartment is not available for couples.

The apartment is available from 10-3-2025 to 10-6-2025. For questions and/or viewings, please send a message!
