About the place

My flat is minimalistic, clean, tidy and relaxing. This brings me peacefulness and a clear mind. It has 1 bedroom, 1 dressing/meditation room, 1 bathroom, 1 separated toilet and 1 spacious living room which is facing West (sun all afternoon). There is one long balcony facing East and accessible through the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen. You can use my standing desk with my multiple screens to work.

What you will love in the neighborhood: the neighborhood has restaurants and bars nearby, as well as great bakeries. My flat is located in a quiet and calm street (the bedrooms are on the garden side) walking distance to two famous streets with various supermarkets from chains (AH, Dirk, Aldi) to local organic ones (Odin, EkoPlaza). No worries you will not hear any cars or traffic from my apartment. There is a bike shop around the corner if you want to rent a bike. Trams and buses are also abundant. The flat is located 5min walk from Erasmus park, my favorite park where I go everyday for my morning walk. There is also Rembrandt park 15 min away. There are 2 gyms 15 min walk from the flat (Basic Fit and Sport City). The city center is 20min away by tram or 15min by bike.
