From **1 October 2026**, my apartment in Watergraafsmeer will be available for rent. The apartment was fully renovated to a high standard approximately five years ago and is located on a quiet, green street in a lovely part of Amsterdam East.

A quiet elderly lady lives on the first floor, and above the apartment there is a small B&B, which I also own. In relation to the B&B, there will need to be a practical arrangement with the person who registers at this address. **The exact nature of this arrangement can be discussed and agreed upon together.**
