About the place

Would you like to spend 4 months in Amsterdam North during spring and summer? Then you've come to the right place! In the Kadoelen neighborhood, you'll find the perfect combination of city life, nature, and a peaceful environment where you can take in all the impressions of beautiful Amsterdam and its surroundings. Our house is fully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave), and we have a 26m2 garden facing southeast, where the sun shines in beautifully in the mornings through the large windows of the sliding door.

You can park your car for free right in front of the house, and in just a few minutes, you can reach the A10 ring road. There is a bus stop at the end of the street, where you can take the bus to the Amsterdam Noord metro station or Sloterdijk. From there, you’ll be in the city center in under 10 minutes. The NDSM wharf is a 10-minute bike ride away. From here, two ferries depart: one to Central Station and another towards Westerpark. The ferry to Central Station is a 20-minute bike ride away.

A stone’s throw away (just over 1 km) is the beautiful nature area ‘t Twiske. Here you can enjoy walking, swimming, running, and cycling. There are also playgrounds for young children, as well as a climbing park for older children.
