About the place

Our lovely apartment is available from 14 December 2024 to 19 January 2025, while we are back in South Africa on vacation.

We are renting it for the full 5 weeks - so the total cost will be €3250, inclusive of electricity, water, gas, and internet.

The apartment is light and spacious in a great location in Amsterdam Zuid. It is a 12 min cycle from Amsterdam Zuid station and a 15 - 20 min cycle from the cuty centre. 3 min cylce from Rembrandt and Vondel park and a 10 min cycle from Amsterdamsebos.

It has 2 spacious rooms, a big lounge and dining area, a really great large bathroom (with a bath) and another toilet downstairs, as well as an awesome deck (in case there are any sunny winter afternoons). Fully furnished with kitchen utensils, linnen, and a homey feel

Looking for a  couple who need a temporary home over this time (and who won't mind watering our plants! ;) )
