About the place

We are subletting our completely furnished and cozy house from DECEMBER 23RD, - DECEMBER 29TH, 2023 (6 DAYS). We are looking for responsible and clean people, ideally for friends, couples, or a small group trip. The house is located conveniently in a quiet area in Amsterdam-Noord, 5 minutes walking from café and shops, 6 minutes biking to NDSM ferry which will take you to the Amsterdam Central station. Groceries and all other amenities are close by. The house is equipped with everything you may need, and the rental price is including utilities and internet. Ideal for working from home, including one home office with a desk, office chair, and extra screen. The spacious kitchen features every appliance you may need and the living room has a large dining table which can also be used as an office with a second screen. The kitchen, living room, and a toilet are on the first floor, and the bedrooms and shower room are on the second floor, the attic is also done and includes a bed.
