Hi!!

I'll be away between 10th of Feb and April 1st and looking for ONE person, that likes to stay in my place in this period. It is possible to stay longer for at least one month when I have returned so we can share the house. the price then will be 875 pm all incl.

I have a very cozy living room separated from the kitchen with a bar to take your breakfast on or hang around while cooking. 
On the first floor there's one bedroom, a little office on the sunside and shower. The attic has another bedroom and laundry room. Theres a lovely and deep garden on the south as well. 

This house is for someone that is looking for a quiet and warm refuge, who loves to hibernate throughout the winter. 

It's in a lovely neighborhood, surrounded with nice and trendy cafe's and restaurants. It's very peaceful and quiet. Central Station is 8 minutes southwards on bike. The metro (Noord - Zuidlijn) takes you into the heart of Amsterdam within 3 minutes. The beautiful Dutch landscapes of  Vermeer or Van Gogh paintings are only 10 minutes away on bike.

No smoking, no parties, no animals, no other guests than agreed. 
There might be a possibility for one person to stay longer (with myself as housemate). In that case registration will be possible.
