This fully furnished apartment on Nieuwe Oostenburger Middenstraat will be available starting February 1, 2025, for a rental period of one year. If everything goes well, the lease can be extended up to a maximum of three years due to my stay abroad.

Terms
	•	Registration at the address is possible
	•	Prefer to use your own furniture? No problem! The apartment can also be delivered unfurnished.
	•	The utilities advance (gas, water, electricity, internet, and taxes) is €330 or €350, depending on the number of people registered (check the municipality of Amsterdam website for specifics). At the end of the rental period, a transparent final settlement will be made. Any overpayment due to low usage will be refunded, while shortages will be settled accordingly.
