About the place

Looking for a lovely temporary home in Amsterdam this winter? From 6 December to mid-March (dates to discuss), I’m renting out my fully furnished apartment on Maritzstraat. Ideal for a couple or two working professionals.

The apartment
The apartment is 86 m², spread over the third and fourth floors, with a warm, contemporary interior and lots of natural light.

Living room with open kitchen: a spacious, bright living area with tall windows. A large corner sofa, a round dining table for four and an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and two stools.
Kitchen: gas hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto the balcony.
Bedroom 1: 180 cm bed, walk-in closet and French balcony overlooking the rooftops.
Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed, cosy under the sloped ceiling.
Home office: sit-stand desk, ergonomic office chair and monitor. Perfect for working from home.
Bathroom: spacious, with a walk-in shower with rain shower and a built-in bench, wall-hung toilet and a vanity unit with sink.

Who is it for?
A couple looking for a spacious, comfortable place, or two working professionals who each want their own bedroom and share the home office and living room.

The neighbourhood
Maritzstraat is in Amsterdam East, a lively and green neighbourhood. Parks, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and good public transport are all within walking distance. The city centre is a short bike, tram or metro ride away.

Rent: € 3,000 per month
Cleaner included (once every two weeks)
Excluding gas, water and electricity (approx. € 100 per month)
Deposit: 1 month’s rent
