About the place

Spacious, renovated appartement on the 4th en 5th floor in the Baarsjes, Amsterdam. Elevator present to the 4th floor. Public Transport is in front of the house. 10 minutes to center on bike. Private rooftop terras and big, shared rooftop terras on the 6th floor which you can use. There are wooden tables so you can have dinner there. Amazing city views!

I'm renting 2 rooms on the 5th floor: one bedroom (queen bed) and one living/study. Both have good storage closets. You have 1 roommate (me), my room is on the 4th floor and I use the livingroom on the 4th. So we both have quite some privacy. Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallways are shared. Kitchen is in my open living room.
Important: looking for a dog-lover. My lovely dog Morris (a mini-labrador mix) is living with me on the 4th floor. He never goes upstairs so not in your rooms. But always loves to play and an extra cuddle.
Pre: veggies or pescotarians (since the kitchen is in my livingroom ;-))
