My apartment would be available for short-term rental from December 18th 2024 to March 20th, 2025. Price is 2300EUR p/m including utilities for the entire place.

It's fully furnished, and recently renovated. It's located between Westerpark and Erasmuspark (5 minutes to each), and on the top floor of the building.
