About the place

Starting July 1, 2025, I will be renting out my apartment and I’m looking for a neat, working female tenant. You will have the apartment mostly to yourself; I will only be home a few days per month. In good consultation, we will make clear agreements about the use of the spaces, privacy, and maintaining a peaceful environment.

Important details:
	•	Trial period: 2 months. If both sides are satisfied, the rental can be extended for 6 months or 1 year.
