Beautiful and quiet 2-room apartment of around 40m², located on the Langkatstraat in Amsterdam Oost. The street is pedestrian-only (no cars or bikes) and connects to a calm one-way street, offering peaceful living in one of the city’s most vibrant areas.

Just around the corner, you’ll find Javastraat and Javaplein — full of great cafés, restaurants, and local shops — and Flevopark is only a short walk away. So while you’re surrounded by the lively atmosphere of Amsterdam Oost, your home itself remains wonderfully quiet.

The apartment is very efficient in layout: the bedroom and bathroom are compact, which makes the living room feel bright and spacious. It’s fully furnished and ready to move in — including internet, gas, electricity, and water. The rent shown is excluding utilities; you can expect approximately €250 per month for all additional costs.

Only one registration is possible, so the apartment is ideal for someone living alone. I’ve lived here myself for many years and have always loved how peaceful yet vibrant the area feels while still being close to everything. I’m looking for someone who’s planning to stay for a longer period.

Move-in date: 10 December (not earlier).
