About the place

This floor consists of two independent studios, each with its own front door, bathroom and kitchen. Only the washing machine in the hallway is shared. The bigger studio is located at the back and overlooking gardens, the smaller studio at the front overlooks a small playground with a tall tree. Everything was recently renovated and is brand new.
