About the place

House at the back of an old church where we create a sustainable hub with restaurant | workspaces | expo | store | showroom | events.

The house is ca 60m2 with a bedroom | living room | living kitchen | shower | space for wash machine and dryer | 

In front of your private door there is a garden at the west with much sun. You can use that. And in the morning you can drink you coffee on the big square at the other side of the building.

The house is renovated recently and has floor heating and a new cv and bathroom and kitchen. The building is old and its not a newbuildhouse.

The house is very unique with stone wall and  a high wood ceiling. The windows are round. The floor is concrete with heating.  Its not standard and perfect for more creative people.

It would be perfect if you want to join our society with your creativity and take care also of the building.

The hub creates buzz which is positive if you like. If you want peace its not the perfect place. Its up to you. We want everybody to be happy there and no hassle.
