About the place

Owner has already moved out and has taken most of the furniture with him, the photos were taken prior to the move. Remaining are: lamps, basic kitchen utensils, dining table, bed, sofa, chairs. Rental period negotiable. Minimum one month, maximum six months. If the house is sold during the rental period, the tenant must leave the house. One month's notice is required from the landlord.
