Bike distance to Centre station and Muiderpoort station.
You will share the kitchen and the living room  with another roommate (student female)
10 min with tram to Centre station.
Living room,kitchen and washing machine are shared. 
Only for 1 non smoking person(student female)
House rules: Please note that this room is for 1 person only ,no couples and no visitors who overnight.
Registration is possible without rent contract.
Available from 08  June 2025  .
