About the place

Our recently renovated apartment, located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods, will have a room available starting April 2025. The apartment is clean, modern, and situated on a quiet street right next to Vondelpark. The location is very central, with plenty of hotspots just a few minutes' walk away.

You will share the apartment with one housemate (male, 31, Dutch), who works at a software company and often has long workdays. During the week, the apartment has a calm atmosphere, making it a great place to relax. On weekends, your housemate is often out and about or socializing. Additionally, he is passionate about sports (gym) and music.

The move-in date is somewhat flexible (within a few days).
