About the place

Hello, 

We are moving out from our apartment in De Baarsjes and looking for someone to transfer the contract over.  The apartment has two big bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom (with toilet) but no living room. There is some furniture left in the apartment (bed, mini-fridge, closet, dining table) that we would like to sell to the next tenants at a reasonable price. The place is already available for move-in. We will be doing viewings on Saturday (December 21st) for interested candidates. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to live here long term (mininmum 1 year), has regular income, and can move in by January 1.
