About the place

I’ll be out of the country from January 4th until February 15th. Renting out my apartment for those 6 weeks. 

NOTE: I’ll prioritise people who want to stay the entire 6 weeks. The apartment is small and suited for 1 person only.

- working desk, chair and 27” monitor 
- big balcony with sofa lounge and table area

Base rent is €1850,- per month, including water and internet. Electricity to be paid separately - expected to be between €100-€200 per month depending on how much the heating is used.

Deposit is €1500,- euros. To be returned if everything is left undamaged.
