Our beautiful, 76m2 apartment in Amsterdam Oost will be available for subrent for 3 months - Jan, Feb, Mar. 

You can, however, move in on December 29th, before NYE!

Perfect for a single person or a couple, the apartment features:

- Cozy bedroom

- Separate toilet & shower

- Fully equipped kitchen 

- Spacious living room with 6 person dining table, TV, couch, etc.

- Office space with 2 separate desks (one of them adjustable standing desk), and an electric keyboard. 

- Spacious balcony which gets afternoon sun. 

Located only minutes away from Oosterpark and Amstel river, you have easy access to everything you need: the canal center, a shopping street, gyms, bars, restaurants, medical care, etc. 

RENT: €2400 PER MONTH, BILLS INCLUDED 

DEPOSIT: We will be asking for a €700 deposit, that will be returned to you on the spot, when we get back the keys, at the end of the whole rental agreement period, and once we see that no damage has been done to the apartment.


VIEWINGS: We are happy to adjust our schedule to have you over for a viewing and to quickly get to know each other.


REQUIREMENTS: 
- Working people only
- Respectful, clean, kind
- Willing to care for our plants (nothing complicated, but they need to be watered every week or so)
- Mindful of gas prices and of heating usage. We have a smart home thermostat, and the apartment heats up quickly, but we would expect you to not keep it on at all times, otherwise our costs rise very quickly. We are always mindful of that ourselves.
- No parties allowed! I am also in direct contact with my neighbors.
- We will make closet space for you, but most things in the house will stay where they are.
