Renting out our full apartment during Christmas holidays.

Looking for serious tenants, independent workers, working abroad for a short term or small family from up to 3 weeks - prorata possible.

- 3 weeks from 13 December to 4 January for 2500e (1 people +200e for an extra person)  approx. 105e/night (23n)

Flexible dates with prorata calculation could be discussed.

500e of deposit, refunded one day after check out.

No pets, no smocking inside please, no extra guests not declared.

Apartment with
- a lightful +30m2 living room, open kitchen plan, view on a canal,
- one main large bedroom with wardrobe
- one smaller second room with a convertible sofa, work desk and wardrobe
- large bathroom with a walk-in shower
- separate toilets
- shared outside picnic table with the building owners.
- Christmas tree on!

- No smoking inside/partying/pets allowed.
