Renting out our full apartment some weeks in September, dates can be discussed and be a shorter time if needed. Pro Rata calculatoin applied to price for shorter stay.

Looking for serious tenants, independent workers, working abroad for a short term or small family. No registration.

Price of 2200 is for one person/full month

10 days - 750E for one person
+250E for a second person to stay.

500E of deposit, refunded one day after check out to ensure everything's ok on our side.

No pets, no smocking inside please.

Apartment with 
- a lightful +30m2 living room, open kitchen plan, view on a canal, 
- one main large bedroom with wardrobe cabinet
- one smaller second room with a convertible sofa, work desk and wardrobe
- large bathroom with a walk-in shower
- separate toilets
- shared outside picnic table with the building owners.
