Because of a holiday for rent from Tuesday 15th October till  saturday 30th november. Rent price is 1500 inclusive everything a month so 2250 for the 1,5 month. This is including g/w/e, wifi, tv, cleaning and the use of all the furniture. Deposit 2000 and no commission cost or extra fees.

The house is available for 1 or 2 persons, no pets allowed, no smoking inside.

Great location in New-West next to the Sloterstand beach, 5 minutes by bike to the Amsterdam ring, in walking distance of plein 40-45 with a lot of shops such as Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Blokker, Action etc etc. Good connection with public transport to city center within 20 minutes. Also with bike within 20-25 minutes to the city center. And with the car you are so on the ring.

You have a big living room of 50m2 including the kitchen.

1 sleeping room with a bed of 140x200 and a big closet.
