About the Apartment:

I am renting out my 57m² bright and fully furnished apartment in Amsterdam for 12 months, starting on the 1st of October. There’s a possibility of extending the contract (it might be under different terms), as I’ll be moving to Spain for a year and might stay longer. The apartment has plenty of natural light from both sides and a southwest-facing balcony. It is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) and has no upstairs neighbors, making it quiet. The living room and kitchen are open and fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, and fridge. The bedroom has a large closet and a 180cm boxspring bed (no mattress/topper, bring your own). The bathroom includes a WC, a shower, a sink, a mirror cabinet, and a towel heater.

Steps: Email contact + video call. If we are both interested, a viewing is possible on August 22 or 23.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Brazil shopping center, Albert Heijn, Javaplein, and various restaurants. There are plenty of places nearby for swimming in the summer. Amsterdam Central Station is a 12-minute bike ride away, and public transport is well-connected. The Piet Hein tunnel, the A10, and the A1 can be reached by car within 5-10 minutes.
