Built to a high standard, with bespoke hardwood exterior and interior doors, cabinetry, and windows. Natural solid teak floor, well insulated, centrally heated.
Rental is direct from owner, there are no agency or extra fees.
The interior is clean, bright, modern, and new.
It is rented fully furnished; including cutlery, crockery, towels, but not bed linen or pillows.
There are 2 toilets as well as a separate bathroom; there's a new bathtub and thermostatic shower.
The open kitchen is custom built in teak, with a new induction stove, microwave and conventional oven, double sink, and built in fridge.
The wheelhouse is always bright, with a wide view. The windows in the hull give a great outlook across the water from a low angle when you're below.
There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen / living room, lots of storage space in several closets, a laundry space [wash machine included], as well as the large sunny wheelhouse.
The front bedroom is separated from the living room area with a wall that can be dismantled and reassembled in different positions, allowing the space to be customized; the front bedroom can be made larger, becoming a workspace or studio, or smaller to maximize the living room area.
And the huge 60 m2 hardwood deck is a glorious place to spend a summer evening.
There is city water and mains electricity. Broadband internet is connected. Cable TV is available on request.
 
The location is at Houthavens, a new and dynamic neighborhood at Amsterdam harbor. Bus service is a 500 meter walk, Amsterdam Central station is 10- 15 minute by bicycle. Road connections to just about anywhere are very good.
The Vrije Muselaer gets unobstructed sunlight all day, even in winter [that's important this far north!].
Street parking is by permit, and there is no waiting time at this location. The city will grant 1 parking permit to the registered resident of the address. Please check with the city.
This is a legal residential rental and a legal address. The tenant may, and is expected to, register this address as his/her place of residence.
Price is excluding utilities and heating oil. For this I ask an additional €265 per month. The actual cost will be calculated and the difference will be billed or refunded.
