Available from December 1st, but renting a little earlier is negotiable. The rental period is one year, with an option for a 6- or 12-month extension.
Please note: If I don't find a suitable tenant for the entire apartment, I will rent out a room (11m²) in the same apartment.

The living room with open-plan kitchen is 28m². The balcony faces west, so you can also enjoy the sunset.
The first bedroom is 16m². The second bedroom (or study room) is 11m².

Located in the car-free neighborhood of De Pijp. A 2- to 10-minute walk from Leidseplein, Marie Heinekenplein, Albert Cuypmarkt, Vondelpark, and Rembrandtplein.

Registration is possible.
The rent is €2500 excluding gas, electricity, and water, but including internet.
Deposit: €5000.
