About the place

Because I'm abroad for a couple of months I'm subletting my 55m2 apartment in Amsterdam Oost (walking distance from Muiderpoort station).

The apartment is located on the 4th (top) floor of a quiet and clean apartment complex. There are wonderful and unobstructed views of the sunset. The apartment is of fully furnished and has a single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom with shower and includes washing and drying machines. There is a small balcony. 

The rent is excluding gas and electricity (approximately 100-120 euro/month, depending on your use). Fiber internet is included.
