We are happy to rent out our home during our vacation! Therefore, we are looking for a nice couple who would like to rent our home for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension!

A short description of our home:

Located in a quiet and beloved street in the heart of the city center, this unique ground-floor apartment of approximately 70 m² is spread over two levels. The apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor. In front of the house, a cozy seating area has been created on the wide sidewalk. On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with custom-made closet space, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. This level is quiet and secluded. At the rear, there is a lovely patio, a sheltered outdoor space adjacent to the bedroom and bathroom. It is important to mention that this living level has a ceiling height of 1.95 meters and a clearance under the beams of 1.85 meters.

The mezzanine and high windows provide a wonderfully light and spacious feeling. The dining room and kitchen are slightly lowered at the rear, while the seating area at the front is placed on a platform. The kitchen is made of stone veneer, aluminum, and marble, with a dark oak floor and backsplash. The kitchen unit appears to float above the floor and is reflected in a subtly placed mirror wall, enhancing the sense of space.

Location: The house is in an exceptionally central location in Amsterdam, right at the intersection of Utrechtsestraat, De Pijp, and the Museum Quarter. The immediate surroundings are lively and diverse, while the street itself is small-scale and quiet in character. In Utrechtsestraat, you will find a varied range of specialty shops, delicatessens, coffee bars, and restaurants. To the south are De Pijp and Sarphatipark, while to the west are the Rijksmuseum, the Stedelijk Museum, and the Concertgebouw. The Amstel, Amstelveld, and the stately canals are also within walking distance, as well as the green Frederiksplein. The accessibility is excellent.
