About the place

Spacious furnished house in Amsterdam North, with a backyard facing South East. 
We are temporarily subletting our house because we will be visiting in-laws for 2 months. 
Perfect for a family, or for example a couple that works from home. 

De costs include gas and electricity up to 200 euros per month, in case less or more is used, we will settle that. 
Smoking is not allowed in the house.


You can always drop by for a viewing. 

The layout of the house is as follows:
Ground floor: 
- Living room (with underfloor heating) 
- Kitchen has a quooker, dishwasher, oven+microwave, delonghi piston coffee machine + coffee bean grinder, fridge freezer
- Entrance hall 
- Toilet

1st floor: 
- Children's bedroom (toddler bed)
- Office (incl monitor) & bedroom (1p bed)
- 2p bedroom (bed 180 by 200)
- Bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and toilet

2nd floor:
- Office (incl monitor and sit-standing desk) & bedroom (1p bed or 2p matress on the floor)
- Laundry room
- Roof terrace
