For rent: 
Furnished two room apartment of 50 m2 in Dolingadreef Amsterdam, near the train/subway station Duivendrecht.

The apartment is for rent from 1 oktober 2025 for minimum: 5 month and maximum:1 year with registration on the cityhall.
Address registration with the municipality is mandatory.
Please, only respond if you can rent the apartment from Oktober 1, 2025

The furnished  apartment rent is 1150 euros a month.
Total costs for water, gas, electricity, internet and waste charges, is about 200 euro a month, it is depend how much you used water, gas and electricity.
 
The deposit is 1500 euros and it is returned at the end of the contract.

The requirements to rent the house:
- you are working / studying / doing internship or combination thereof.
- you can show your working contract (income) or receive financial support.

There is a washing machine available

The description / layout of the apartment:
Via the side entrance, go to the stairs to the 4th and top floor (no elevator).
 You enter a spacious hall. At the back you have the lovely living room with lots of light and views of the manicured courtyard. Also at the rear is the dense kitchen with French balcony facing east. On the front is situated the spacious bedroom. In the bathroom is the shower, toilet and sink.
On the ground floor is the shared storage where you can store the bikes.

The apartment is conveniently located to public transportation:
The train / subway station Duivendrecht, is 5 minutes walk
The bus stop Dostojevskisingel represents the apartment.

Parking your car: 
you can request a parking permit from the Municipality of Amsterdam and you can park the car on the street, in front of the apartment or nearby.

The area surrounding the apartment:
The train / subway station Bijlmer Arena, the Arena footbal stadium, Heineken Music Hall, the Pathe cinema, Amsterdam Poort shopping, Sport center and swimming pool are nearby.
