We are looking for neat and quiet people, and prefer a couple or individual (so no house party's and smoking). 

A security deposit of €2000 is required.

The rental price includes a, definitely manageable, monthly energy (gas & electric) advance of €300 each month (which is more than double than we use). Any excess consumption will be charged afterwards based on actual usage (settlement at the end of the rental period).
