About the place

Very cute 55m2 apartment for one person (sorry, I won't reply to couples, its just not suitable for two people). 

The apartment is available as of October 1st 2023. 

A charming furnished one bedroom apartment on a quiet and attractive location in the centre of Amsterdam Oud West (Helmersbuurt, near Leidsplein and Vondelpark). 

It's a 10 minute bike ride from Central Station and only three blocks away from the Vondelpark and the Leidseplein. You have everything you need within walking distance. 

It's spacious with lots of windows, an open kitchen and small dining area. There is central heating and a washing machine is available. It has high standards of cleanliness.

€ 1.500,- per month, including utilities. No agency fee. There is a minimum rental period of 6 months, preferable one year. 

Important details: like most houses in the center of Amsterdam there isn't much isolation between the floors and since the apartment is on the attic of my house it's a bit noisy, so we both have to keep our volume down. Also good to know, we share the same entrance and also the stairs of the building.
