About the place

Two bedroom apartment on third and fourth (top) floor.

A spacious living room with build-in kitchen, with a toilet on the same floor. One bathroom on fourth floor with bath, separate shower, toilet and one sink. A balcony adjacent to kitchen and another large balcony adjacent to the smaller bedroom. 

The larger bedroom has a double bed, the smaller one a double comfortable pull-out sofa (sleeps two, but may be more comfortable for just one person).

Apartment is suitable for a couple with child. May be suitable for sharing, but the small bedroom is only big enough for sleeping, so not ideal.

Your energy bill will be calculated according to reading of meter.

Central heating. 
No elevator. No AC.

Some of my personal belongings (books and such) stay in the flat. For that reason the price is relatively low.
