2 bedroom apartment just 15min tram ride away from the Amsterdam city centre.

Although it is a quiet road, the lively Javastraat is 1min walk away, full of bars and restaurants. The apt is very close to Flevopark and running routes.

Wi-Fi connection is lightening fast and easily accessible. Large tv has Netflix, HBO, Prime, Videoland, and Disney+ subscriptions.

Modern building (built in 1998) so there is good insulation which means you will be warm and not be woken up when the neighbours are as in most Amsterdam apartment buildings.

The apartment has a big combined living room and an open kitchen with a cooking island and dining area, a master bedroom with king sized bed and memory foam pillows, second bedroom/office with electric adjustable desk and extra monitor, a spacious shower room and a separate toilet. The apartment also has smart heating that can be set per room to come on and off.

The building has an elevator so you don’t have to carry all your luggage up the stairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a modern oven, microwave, good quality pots and pans, induction stove, air fryer, Italian espresso pot, toaster, kettle, sharp knives, dishwasher, fridge and a separate big freezer.
All cooking necessities (spices, ingredients) are complementary to use.

There is also a balcony overlooking a park and washing machine available for use.
There is a quiet park in front of the building where kids can play.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment nor on the balcony. If you’d like to smoke you can go to the park in front of the building.

Rent excludes wifi, electricity & gas. This is around 200 per month for us.
