Our beautiful 1st floor apartment in Amsterdam North will be available for subrent for 4 months – Jan, Feb, March and April. Perfect for a couple or two single persons.
The apartment features:

-Spacious living room with great view over the IJ river
-6 person table, lounge area, tv, stereo, working desk in 1 of the bedrooms
-South facing balcony
-Located 7 minutes walking from free ferry to Central Station (IJplein ferry)
-5 minutes from supermarket, restaurants, bars, gym, medical center etc. 
-10 minutes to metrostation Noorderpark

Rent: €2500 per month including bills and including bi-weekly cleaning. 
We ask for €1000 deposit that will be returned to you when we get back the keys at the end of the whole rental agreement period and once we see that no damage has been done to the apartment.
Viewing: We prefer to firstly meet online to quickly get to know each other and when there is a match, we can meet for a viewing at the apartment. 
Requirements: - Respectful, clean and kind people - Mindful of gas prices and of heating usage. The apartment heats up quickly, but we would expect you not keep the heater on at all times, otherwise the costs rise very quickly. We are always mindful of that ourselves. - No parties allowed. We expect you to keep in mind we have neighbors below and above us who we have a good relation with.
