About the place

I rent my house for the rest of the year, as I am partly working abroad, you will share the house with me sometimes. I am looking for 1 person or a couple working, quiet persons, non-smoking, animals by agreement. Rent includes: water consumption, taxes, internet and cleaning once every fortnight. 
Rent does not include electricity and gas, which is paid according to consumption monthly.
