Dear apartment seeker, Are you looking for a very spacious apartment to live together with a girlfriend/boyfriend in a very nice location in 
Amsterdam near the Pijp? 

Then read on!! 
* As of April 15, an apartment will be available on the Borssenburgplein of 70m2!! in the Rivierenbuurt, 2 minutes from the Pijp and right next to the Amstelkade. 
* Around the corner is an Albert Heijn 🥬🍕 and within walking distance you have all kinds of nice eateries, nightlife 🥂🍾, shops, culture and sports facilities (for example Bam Boa; Coffee Company; Café Vrijdag and around the corner is the Hogeschool van Amsterdam!!)

* If you walk out of the street you will find public transport connections (tram 🚃 stop: Amstelkade, 4 towards Central Station), train station (Amstel (within 10 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam) and by car within a few minutes on the Ringweg (A10).

- Three spacious rooms (Two bedrooms and a large living room)
- Bathroom: shower with large sink, washbasin furniture and bath
- toilet in separate room
- kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer and there is also a separate room for a washing machine and combination microwave. 

It is important that you already have experience with living on your own and we prefer to rent the apartment from 24 years old! :)
