About the place

Spacious en light apartment located on the Ijplein. The apartment is a three minute bike ride away from the ferry and is fully furnished.

It has all amenities like a dishwasher, wasmachine, oven etc.

Cleaner will come by every two weeks and is included in the price. Gas, water, internet and electricity is also included.

I'm looking for a person who is neat and a non-smoker (neither on the balcony). Pet's aren't allowed.
