Duration: 2 months, we’re abroad for work during this time. Available from December 15, 2024.
Price: €1700 per month (excluding energy)
 - Energy/Water: Estimated €50-€120/month, based on typical winter usage. We have smart meter and will give you access so you can keep track of your usage.

Apartment Layout:
- Location: Situated in the area of De Baarsjes.
- Structure: Recently renovated, featuring a living room, three additional rooms - one bedroom, one office, and a flexible space that can be set up as either a bedroom or office (request beforehand because it takes some work to setup).

Aquarium:
Our apartment includes a fully automated aquarium, requiring no effort from your side (maybe an update here and there so see if everything is okay). We will need to visit after the first month for maintenance, including water changes, cleaning, and a general check-up. The visit will be brief, lasting no more than an hour. We will coordinate with you to ensure its scheduled at your convenience.
