About the place

In a great location in the popular Bloemenbuurt we offer our apartment with a sunny West-facing balcony within walking distance of the North-South line! With a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable sofa and Amazon Prime & HBO on the TV, along with a washing machine and dryer. 

For shopping you can visit the Mosveld shopping center, the Jumbo Foodmarkt or the Van der Pekstraat with the Pekmarkt three times a week. The house is a stone's throw from NDSM wharf with a wide variety of dining options such as the IJ canteen, Pllek restaurant, Canibale Royale, Noorderlicht and Loetje aan 't IJ. 
The Noorderpark with a large playground is a 1-minute walk from the house and you can cycle to the 't Twiske nature reserve within 15 minutes. The Noorderpark swimming pool is literally around the corner! 

The ferry to Central Station and the Noorderpark stop of the North-South line are a short distance away, so you can reach the city center of Amsterdam in no time. By car you can reach the Ring A10 and the IJtunnel towards Amsterdam Center within a few minutes. Park the car on the public road (paid). 

Layout: 
First floor: via the stairs you reach the first floor with a landing which gives access to the bright and spacious living room. The kitchen-diner gives access to the sunny west-facing balcony spanning the full width of the house at the rear of the house. 
Second floor: bedrooms with dormer windows, 2nd balcony, separate toilet with sink and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, radiator and washbasin.
