The rent of €1047 includes a double bed, a kitchen with a combination microwave/oven/grill oven, a Siemens 4-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer, a large bath and shower, and a BBQ. Note: The photos show the furnishings of the previous occupant (our son).
The basic rent is €800. Gas and electricity, municipal taxes, and service charges are €247. This includes Wi-Fi, a Dyson vacuum cleaner, use of the washing machine and dryer, and cleaning of the public hallways and stairs.

The apartment is available from November 18th. Registration is possible. No deposit is required; only the first payment is due upon signing the contract.
