About the place

WHAT: I am the landlady and renting out my spacious flat of more than 80m2. Two bedrooms open to a big balcony. Sun pours in from both sides of the apartment. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. 

WHERE: The flat is about 10 mins biking from the central station. It is next to a big shopping street. The supermarket is 2 mins walk away. Erasmus park is 3 mins walk away. The tram stop is right in front of the door. 

WHO: The flat is suitable for working professionals. There can be only one household (a person or a couple), and thus, it is not possible to share between 2 friends. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.  

HOW MUCH: The price does not include energy bills which fluctuate around €130/ month. Internet bills are currently €48.60/ month. 

WHEN: Available from Feb 1, 2025 for one year with the possibility of extending until May 1, 2026.
