I will be renting out my (furnished) apartment 50m2 with own entrance off the street in Amstelveen only 20 min by public transport from the city centre of Amsterdam or 25 by bike. The apartment is split level and has a good atmosphere. When you enter the front door you go up a couple of stairs and get to a small hallway with entrance to the bathroom. Bathroom is small, but has been remodeled in 2014 so its in perfect shape and a small built in wardrobe. A few extra steps will take you to the main hallway with multiple built in wardrobes and access to the living room. Living is L shaped and big and bright with open kitchen facilities and balcony facing south. .From the main hallway you also access by a small set of stairs the bedroom. My apartment will be available from October 13th until April 1st.
