I’m looking for international student(s) who need registration in Amsterdam to take over this fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. Registration at the address is possible, and the replacement will be handled officially through the housing management.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 separate study rooms, a living room with kitchen, balcony, bathroom and separate toilet. It comes fully furnished and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board.

A mandatory short-stay package is also provided, including towels, bedding/bed accessories and a large selection of kitchen essentials, including plates, bowls, cups, mugs, cutlery and other utensils—so the apartment is essentially ready to move into.

Utilities: approximately €150–€200/month
Internet: approximately €50/month
Assistance can be provided with arranging both utilities and internet.

The neighborhood is calm and residential, with a park and outdoor street-gym equipment only around 50 metres away. The nearest metro station is approximately an 8-minute walk, and Amsterdam Centraal is around 29 minutes by bike.
