This is a fully furnished 2-bedroom flat located on the first floor, accessible by lift. It features a spacious living room, two generous bedrooms, a large balcony, and a large storage which is on the ground floor. The flat is an 8-minute walk from Sportlaan tram station. It is ideal for a couple without children or with one child. I am looking for a couple who are expats that just moved to the Netherlands, or soon will come to the Netherlands.
