About the place

Hi there,

I offer you a beautifully renovated apartment which is 20 minutes from station Amsterdam South by bike, tram and car!  

The apartment 
Located on the 7th floor, with windows on the north and south side. So you always have a relaxing view with plenty of sunlight.  The apartment is recently renovated, equipped with all essential furniture and has plenty of spare space. 
 
The apartment is relatively sustainable for it's age. It doesn't have a gas connection. Cooking is electric. The apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, television and soundbar. 

The surrounding Area
The green neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while the shopping centre (Groenhof) has everything you need. The tram and bus station, three big supermarkets, the shopping mall and various hospitalities are within 10 min walking distance. By bike and tram you can reach the inner parts of Amsterdam within 30 minutes, however Amstelveen has it's own city centre and many other beautiful and fun places to explore! 

Ideal candidate
Due to circumstances I won't be able to stay at this apartment, which I recently moved to, for approximately 3 months. During this time I hope to find someone that can enjoy the place and partly relief me from my monthly costs.
 
Depending on your preference we can make specific agreements. 
Registration is possible (for one person).
