Looking for a Temporary Tenant (House Sitter)!
Fully furnished studio available for temporary stay (house-sitting arrangement)

Starting May 27, this fully furnished studio is available until the end of August (27-08-2025), for a period of approximately 3 months. The studio is offered under a house-sitting agreement, which means you can live there temporarily while the main tenant is away.

Important conditions:

House-sitting is only allowed for full-time students (not necessarily in Eindhoven), or a PhD candidate affiliated with TU/e.

Rent is €490 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet.

A deposit of €250 is required.

Housing allowance is not possible.

As the temporary occupant, you are responsible for proper use of the studio. The main tenant remains legally responsible.

About the studio:

Fully furnished, including kitchen inventory and a linen package.

Kitchen with electric hob, combi microwave, and extractor hood.

Entry via a smartphone app.

No washing machine connection, but shared laundry facilities available (€3 per wash, €2 per dry).
