Vanaf september begin ik aan een stage in Amsterdam en mijn vriend werkt fulltime. We beschikken over een stabiel inkomen en zoeken een plek waar we voor minimaal één jaar ons thuis van kunnen maken. Ik heb eerder in Nederland gewoond (in Maastricht tijdens mijn bachelor) en ook een periode in Zweden. Wat typeert ons in huis? – Rustig, netjes en georganiseerd – Niet-rokend en zorgzaam met onze woonomgeving – Sociaal, maar we houden ook van een rustig en schoon thuis – Sportief: we houden van hardlopen, zwemmen en actief bezig zijn Betrouwbaarheid vinden we erg belangrijk: de huur wordt altijd op tijd betaald en we gaan respectvol om met de woning. This is backed by my faultless tenant history, which is free from late payments or any other complaints. Moreover, I've lived in shared housing before and am rather social, so any shared housing arrangements wouldn't be an issue.
