As I would like to become more independent, I am currently looking for a studio or a room or an apartment where I can live on my own. I came across your post and I am very interested in it. I would like to know more information about it, including its availability, rental conditions, and whether it would be suitable for me as a student. If it is still available and suitable, I would be very interested in arranging a viewing. If everything is suitable after the viewing, I would like to rent it for a minimum of 12 months, with the possibility of extending to 24 months or staying for an indefinite period. Hoi! Ik ben Daniel (27), oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland, en vanaf oktober begin ik als fulltime onderzoeksmedewerker aan de TU Delft, waar ik onderzoek doe binnen de sociologie van klimaatfinanciering. Mijn contract is voor één jaar, maar het kan uitgroeien tot een promotietraject. Voor nu kijk ik vooral of een carrière in de wetenschap bij mij past. Ik heb net mijn studie in Londen afgerond en kijk er erg naar uit om aan mijn eerste "echte" baan te beginnen. Een kleine waarschuwing: ik spreek nog geen Nederlands (alleen Duits, Engels en een beetje Spaans), maar ik ben zeker van plan om het te leren.
